We are proud to be partnered with Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.
If your order is placed before 3PM BST, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays), we aim to dispatch it the same day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your parcel has left our premises, along with your Royal Mail tracking details, so you can follow your order's journey.
For orders requiring prescription lenses, please allow an additional 3 to 7 working days for processing. This timeframe depends on the complexity of your lenses. Standard prescriptions are usually completed quickly, while more specialised lenses may take longer, as they are custom-made and may need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
A prescription is considered complex if the spherical value is above ±4.00 dioptres or the cylindrical value exceeds -2.25 dioptres.
