    When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item(s) within 30 days after your purchase.     To confirm your prescription turnaround time before ordering, please email us your prescription along with your chosen frame and lenses. Our lab team will provide a precise estimate to help you plan for dispatch and delivery. We strongly recommend doing this before choosing Express Delivery, as we must first verify if your specific prescription type is eligible for this service.

    Dispatch times may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen manufacturing delays, changes in frame availability, or additional quality checks. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
